‘문월세가(刎月世家)’는
기존의 평범한 클라이밍 모임에서 벗어나, 무협지의 '문파'와 '세가'라는 독특한 세계관을 가진 차별화된 크루입니다. 달을 베며 나아간다는 강렬한 상징성을 바탕으로, 단순한 운동 모임을 넘어 구성원 간의 깊은 유대감과 내면의 강함을 기르는 공동체입니다.
[ Graphic Elements ] 검을 휘두르는 예도의 궤적과 클라이밍 시 홀드를 옮겨가는 역동적인 동작 선을 분석하여 그래픽의 뼈대로 활용했습니다. 날카롭게 뻗은 획은 거침없는 검술과 에너제틱한 클라이밍의 특성을 동시에 반영합니다.
[ Typography ] '月(달 월)' 자의 획을 끊어 달이 베어진 듯한 이미지를 연상시키도록 설계했습니다. 한자의 고전적인 미감에 현대적인 곡선 왜곡을 더해, 정적인 글자에 흐르는 듯한 생동감을 부여했습니다.
또한, 암벽 등반 시 아래에서 정상을 바라보는 시점을 로고의 각도에 반영하여 수양의 과정을 시각화했습니다.
[ Texture ] 검의 표면을 연상시키는 차가운 메탈릭 텍스처를 적용하여 무협의 날카로운 분위기를 강조했습니다.

[ Client Narrative ] 'Moon-wol-se-ga' (刎月世家) is a distinguished climbing crew that breaks away from conventional groups by adopting a unique worldview inspired by 'Clans' and 'Sega' from Wuxia narratives. Built on the powerful symbolism of "slicing through the moon while moving forward," it is a community that fosters deep bonds and inner strength among its members, transcending the limits of a simple workout group.
[ Graphic Elements ] I analyzed the trajectory of a sword in motion and the dynamic lines of a climber moving between holds to serve as the structural foundation of the graphics. The sharply extended strokes simultaneously reflect the relentless nature of swordsmanship and the energetic essence of climbing.
[ Typography ] By breaking the stroke of the character '月' (Moon), I designed the imagery to evoke the moon being sliced. By adding modern curved distortions to the classical aesthetic of Hanja, I infused a sense of flowing vitality into the static characters.
[ Texture ] I applied a cold metallic texture reminiscent of a sword's surface to emphasize the sharp atmosphere of the Wuxia world. Furthermore, by reflecting the perspective of looking up toward the summit during rock climbing into the angle of the logo, I visually captured the process of disciplined practice toward the top.
